Terms and Conditions
Deposits
A 25% deposit will be required to secure your booking. This is non-refundable and cover the materials to be used. The portrait will be dispatched once your balance is paid in full.
Payments
Payments can be made through PayPal at bluecatart@outlook.com or via bank transfer, details available on order. Please be aware if you're outside the UK, your bank may charge you an international transfer fee.

Interest free payment plans are available for larger or more expensive purchases. Please contact me to discuss if this is something you would like to arrange.
Price inclusions
The prices in the guide do not include mounts, frames, postage or packaging, or shipping which will be quoted separately. Items are shipped carefully packaged but are not liable for any damage which may occur in transit.
Paper
Sizes
The sizes in the guide represent the size of the portrait only. The paper it is drawn on may be slightly larger to accommodate framing.
Portrait Materials
All portraits are drawn using professional materisls with the highest lightfast ratings such as Faber Castell, Polychromes & Pitt, Caran D'Ache Pablo, Luminance, Pastelmat and Bristol.
Production Time
Production time of each item will be advised on booking. As a rough guideline most crochet animals and memory bears take [x] weeks to make whilst a portrait depends on the number of subjects i.e. 1 subject = approx. 1 week.
